A true immersion into Japanese hospitality excellence

The Japan–Nepal Internship Immersion Program is designed specifically for Nepali students enrolled in hospitality, tourism, and hotel management degrees. It bridges academic study with hands-on international professional experience at Japan's leading luxury properties.

Regent Hospitality acts as the program coordinator — managing hotel placements, documentation, logistics, and ongoing student support so both students and universities can focus on what matters most: career development and learning.

Eligibility Criteria

Who can apply?

Open to active students enrolled in hospitality, hotel management, or tourism degree programs at accredited colleges and universities in Nepal.

If you are passionate about professional service, eager to learn Japanese hospitality culture, and meet the academic requirements on the right, we welcome your application.

  • Currently enrolled in BHM, BHA, or tourism degree in Nepal
  • Minimum 1 year of academic study completed
  • Basic English communication skills required
  • University MoU with Regent or internship approval letter
  • Valid Nepali passport (minimum 18 months validity)
  • Commitment to full 6 or 12 month program duration
  • For language track: demonstrable Japanese language ability
