RESPONSIBILITIES (Department-Wide Overview)
Food & Beverage Service
- Welcome guests, assist with menu inquiries, and take orders.
- Serve food and beverages with efficiency and professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas and support daily operations.
- Assist with drink preparation and basic bar tasks.
Front Office
- Greet guests and support check-in/check-out procedures.
Manage guest inquiries and deliver exceptional service.
Housekeeping
- Support room cleaning, preparation, and inspection standards.
Maintain guest amenities and coordinate with room attendants.
Marketing (Content Creation)
- Capture photos/videos for digital and social platforms.
Assist with campaign content, branding, and promotional activities.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- 18–28 years old
- Enrolled in Hotel Management, Tourism & Travel, or Culinary studies
- Recent graduates within 12 months also eligible
- Good English communication skills
